BRAJCINO
At an altitude of 1000 meters, refreshed by the air of Pelister by one side and showered by the Prespanian sun by the other, this place, according to its position and as well to its beauties, is an ideal one for rest and recreation. The foamy water springs, the high and the green forest, the mountain peaks, the eco-apples and the strawberries maturing in late summer time are just a part of the benefits at a disposal of the Prespanian village of Brajcino. The murmur of the clear Brajcino river is calling for a walk along its course through the village, where there are as well labeled foot-paths around the village, for going for walks and sightseeing the specific village architecture, dating out of the 19th century, the five churches and the monastery of the 16th century. And it was recently that the mountaineer path Brajcino – the Big Lake, at one of the Pelister summets, was promoted.
